5. Cancellation by N J Enterprise

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product/pricing information, or fraud concerns. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be reversed to your Card Account.

You agree to provide correct and accurate credit card details. Your credit card information never reaches N J Enterprise; we just get a pass/fail message from our payment gateways.

7. Fraudulent/Declined Transactions

N J Enterprise reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyer fees from persons using the Site fraudulently.

All reviews, comments, and feedback submitted to N J Enterprise shall remain the property of N J Enterprise. N J Enterprise owns exclusively all rights to such submissions and may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

14. Force Majeure

N J Enterprise cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill commitments due to force majeure (war, strike, flood, bad weather, regulatory decisions, etc.). This includes late delivery.

N J Enterprise expressly reserves all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, and content on this Site. The "Sushobhit" names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of N J Enterprise.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless N J Enterprise, its employees, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your actions or inactions, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided in an "As Is" condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, N J Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. N J Enterprise' total liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.
