How do I track my order?
Use the "Track Order" link in the header. Enter your order number and email to see real-time shipping updates.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking details once shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, modifications aren't possible.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping times?
Domestic (India): 10-15 business days. International: 15-20 business days. Remote areas may take 3-5 extra days.
What are shipping charges?
India: $2.00 USD flat rate. International: $20.00 USD flat rate. All prices shown in USD.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and 50+ countries. Customs duties may apply.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return. We'll arrange pickup.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original payment method will be credited.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), UPI, Net Banking, Razorpay, and PayPal for international orders.
Is online payment secure?
Absolutely! We use bank-grade SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your card details are never stored.
Do you offer COD?
Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes within India. Check availability at checkout.
Product & Quality
Are your sarees authentic?
Yes! We source directly from weavers in Varanasi, Kanchipuram, and Chanderi. Each piece comes with authenticity certification.
What if colors look different?
We photograph products in natural light, but screen settings may vary. Minor color differences don't qualify for returns.
Do sarees come with blouse piece?
Most sarees include unstitched blouse material. Check individual product descriptions for details.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive a reset link via email within minutes.
Where can I see my order history?
Log in and go to "My Account" > "Orders" to view all past and current orders with tracking.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Enter the code in the "Apply Coupon" field at checkout before completing payment.
