Shipping & Delivery
Domestic delivery within India takes 10-15 days from the date of purchase. International orders take 15-20 days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

We ship worldwide! Domestic shipping is available throughout India with COD option. International shipping is available to most countries worldwide at a flat rate of $20.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are NOT included in the product or shipping price and vary by location.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time using the tracking link provided. You can also track orders from your account dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached, and include proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include: custom-made or personalized products, items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable", and products with hygiene concerns (undergarments, beauty items).
Email [email protected] with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Do not send returns without prior approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using trackable shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. You'll receive email confirmation when approved.

Payments
We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports all major debit cards, credit cards, and UPI. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within India only. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Yes, COD is available exclusively for orders within India. This option will appear at checkout if you are shipping to an Indian address.

Browse products, select size/color, click "Add to Cart", review your cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping details, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Check the size chart on each product page. Measurements are provided in inches/cm. For sarees and lehengas, most items are one-size or customizable. Contact us if you need assistance.
We offer premium silk, cotton, georgette, chiffon, and blended fabrics. Material details are listed on each product page under "Product Details".
Dry clean only for silk and embellished items. Hand wash cold for cotton. Avoid direct sunlight when drying. Store in breathable fabric bags to maintain quality.
We strive for accuracy, but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. All products are exactly as described in terms of material, design, and quality.
